Get your name before a wide audience of survey technology professionals!  Become a sponsor of this event and your financial support will not only help the ASC to continue to provide our unique programme of professional and educational events, but will ensure you receive high profile publicity and promotion for your product or service to a highly targeted audience of leaders and decision-makers in the sphere of research technology and survey computing.

We limit sponsorship to a maximum of five sponsors for any event, to ensure you will stand out in the crowd.


We encourage sponsors to attend our events and meet our delegates by including a complementary delegate ticket in the sponsorship package

Nine major benefits for an all-inclusive sponsorship fee of only £349

Your sponsorship package includes nine different components, all focused on promoting your association with this event:

  1. Your company or product logo on the conference page on the ASC’s web site before, during and after the conference (for a minimum of one year after the event)
  2. Your logo on a repeating loop of slides showing all the sponsors’ logos, which will be visible to the audiences on the main screen in the plenary room during the breaks.
  3. Verbal acknowledgement of all sponsors at beginning and the end of the conference by the conference chair.
  4. Your logo at the end of any video content relating to the event.
  5. Social media promotion: you will be mentioned by ASC via our social networks, principally our linked-in group and on our our #ascorg Twitter feed
  6. Your logo on any email publicity subsequent to the sponsor before the event
  7. A 300 word summary written by the you, plus one logo and contact, included in the delegate pack.
  8. On-site presence. You may bring one or two pop up display banners ( maximum width 1000mm) to the conference to put up in the break-out room where lunch and refreshments mid-morning and mid-afternoon are served. (If you are not attending in person, it may be possible to receive delivery of one or two pop-ups at the venue, by arrangement). Please note, no tables will be provided – sponsors may bring their own folding table or leaflet stand to place by their pop-up if they wish to display any presentational material.
  9. One complimentary delegate place – for the sponsor or someone nominated by the sponsor. We will require the invited attendee to complete registration as a delegate: no fee will be charged.

For an additional £100 an event sponsor can have one brochure or flyer, or promotional delegate gift placed on each seat in all conference rooms. There are four exclusive opportunities for distribution offered on a first come, first served basis: at the start of the day, after lunch and after the two breaks.

We regret, for production reasons, we are not able to place sponsored items in the conference folders presented to delegates at registration.

Sponsorship fee must be paid in advance of the event.
An invoice will be sent for the sponsorship.
Currently, there is no VAT on the ASC’s activities, though this may be subject to change.
We will require high resolution copies of the logo in both JPEG and PNG format
We will advise you of the copy deadline for the 300-word summary on booking.
Unaccompanied deliveries to the conference venue strictly by prior arrangement only.
