Exhibition

As usual with ASC events, there will be an exhibition of software and related products in addition to the presentations.

The exhibition area is located in rooms which are situated directly opposite the door to the lecture theatre, and morning and afternoon tea and coffee will be served in the exhibition area.

The exhibition fee is £350 for a 3 x 2 metre site. The price includes one delegate place and exhibitors are required to be corporate members of the ASC. Additional personnel (maximum 1) on the stand will be charged at £75 to cover just the cost of refreshments and lunch. Stands will be assigned on a first come - first served basis.

Please let us know if you would like to reserve a stand by completing the booking form and returning it, as soon as possible, together with payment for the event. You will be sent confirmation and an invoice for the appropriate amount.

Car parking may be booked directly with APCOA on 020 7594 8976. However, the gatehouse will allow 30 minutes for delivery and collection of exhibition equipment. Vehicles are allowed close to the main door of the building, and the exhibition room is on the first floor, up a wide, straight staircase.
