Address information is held in a database and used in mailings (postal and electronic) to inform members of ASC events and activities. It is occasionally used for mailings from affiliated organisations. ASC does not sell any of the address information to other organisations. Mailings sometimes include publicity material from Corporate members or affiliates, in return for contributions to the direct and administrative cost of the mailing.

Members who wish to publicise services they offer may submit a short entry for the Services page of the web site.
